Twin Bay Resort is located right in front of Kaw Kwang Beach, amid peaceful atmosphere and natural environment on Koh Lanta Yai Island, where the best conditions for swimming are.

We have 41 comfortable bungalows of a first class resort with 18 superiors, 6 beach fronts, 8 families and 9 executive rooms all including spacious balconies. All bungalows are fully equipped with the following: Bathroom with shower and amenities; Satellite TV with remote control; Individually controlled air condition; In-room refrigerator; Hair dryer available on request. The executive rooms also offer a bathtub in the bathroom. All rooms offer double (king size) beds only, except superior bungalows, which come with either 1 double or 2 single twin beds. The family bungalows have a bunk bed for 2 children in addition to their double bed.

There is a large beachfront swimming pool (16 x 9 metres), with smaller children's pool and also a jacuzzi pool.

Our comment: Twin Bay Resort is a good family choice with a lot of open space, sea front location and wide, flat beach with shallow water just in front of the resort. There is a good swimming pool, which is useful when the sea is at low tide and swimming becomes difficult. Rooms are comfortable, with the new executive rooms (2008) being of better quality than the older superior, family and beachfront bungalows. Saladan is a fair walk away, but the resort has a minimart for basic goods.

Reservation Policy
Prices are given in Thai baht and are per room per night, based on 2 persons sharing (2 adults and 2 children in the family rooms). Prices include American breakfast (ABF) for the number of occupants specified above, service charge and VAT. A maximum of 2 children under the age of 12 may share their parents' room with no extra bed, but must pay a breakfast supplement of 270 THB per child, per night. Extra bed prices include breakfast.

Compulsory Gala Dinners:
All guests in-house on 24 and 31 Dec will be charged at 1800 THB per person (child under 12 years half price)

Promotion:
For all stays between 1 May - 31 October 2011 and 2012, receive one free night for every 3 paid nights (every room category), including breakfast.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be subject to a 10% charge. In addition, any confirmed booking cancelled within 7 days of arrival date will be charged one night's stay. No shows and early check out will be charged a 100% cancellation fee on the full reservation.
