Reservation Policy
Prices are given in Thai baht and are per room per night, based on the maximum allowed number of people occupying each room (listed in the table on the left). No discounts for reduced occupancy (for example 2 persons in a VIP A/C bungalow). Prices include American breakfast (ABF) for the number of occupants listed, service charge and VAT. Extra bed prices include breakfast.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be subject to a 10% charge. In addition, any confirmed booking cancelled within 15 days of arrival date will be charged one night's stay. No shows and early check out will be charged a 100% cancellation fee on the full reservation.
